A complete overhaul of an old style railroad apartment in a five story walk-up that was converted into a contemporary Two bedroom with loft-like living room and integrated kitchen.

Decommissioned vent shafts were co-opted in the layout to modify the existing beathroom and create new master bathroom.

The renovation was completed in 2019.
